Welcome to Aesthetika+ By Jess. By booking or receiving any of our esthetic or post-operative care services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Disclaimer

All services provided at Aesthetika+ By Jess are for cosmetic and wellness purposes only. Our post-operative care and esthetic services may be medical grade facial treatments and do not replace professional medical treatment, diagnosis, or surgical care. Clients are advised to follow their surgeon’s or dermatologist medical instructions alongside our treatments.

2. Client Health & Responsibility

Clients must disclose all health conditions, allergies, medications, recent procedures, or medical concerns prior to receiving any services. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is not in the best interest of the client’s safety or healing process.

3. Post-Op Care Services

Our post-operative care services, including lymphatic stimulation, fibrosis treatments, and body contouring, are designed to support healing and recovery. Clients should be at least 72 hours post-op unless otherwise cleared by their physician.

4. Results Disclaimer

Results from esthetic and post-op treatments vary per individual. Multiple sessions may be required for desired results. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

5. Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

6. Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your session or result in rescheduling. This is to respect the schedule of all clients.

7. Refunds & Returns

All service sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services rendered. Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt.

8. Privacy Policy

All personal information shared with us is kept confidential and used solely to provide safe and customized care. We do not sell client information.

9. Consent to Treatment

By receiving any treatment at Aesthetika+ By Jess, you acknowledge understanding the nature of the services, potential benefits, and risks, and you consent to proceed voluntarily.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, is disrespectful, or poses a health risk to staff or clients.

11. Before & After Photos

With your signed consent, we may take before and after photos of your treatment area(s) for documentation and/or marketing purposes. These images are used to track progress and, if approved by you, may be shared on our social media, website, or other promotional platforms. Your identity will remain confidential unless you provide written permission to disclose it.

You have the right to decline photo use for marketing purposes at any time.
